You may not use PetNutriPal for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms. One account per individual; commercial redistribution of our data is prohibited.
PetNutriPal is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian before making dietary changes, especially for pets with existing health conditions.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your local veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on the App for urgent care decisions.
Every pet is unique. Nutritional needs vary based on breed, age, health status, and individual metabolism. Our scores reflect general nutritional analysis, not individualized veterinary prescriptions.
PetNutriPal uses artificial intelligence to analyze pet food ingredients and generate personalized nutrition scores. While we strive for accuracy, our AI models may contain errors, biases, or incomplete information. Scores are advisory, not definitive.
Our ingredient database is regularly updated but may not reflect the most recent formulation changes by manufacturers. Always verify ingredient lists on physical packaging.
Scores are personalized based on the pet profile you provide. The accuracy of personalized scores depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of your input data.
PetNutriPal provides recall alerts based on data from the FDA, USDA, and other regulatory agencies. While we aim to deliver alerts promptly, we cannot guarantee real-time notification. There may be delays between an official recall announcement and our alert delivery.
Our recall monitoring covers major regulatory databases but may not capture all voluntary recalls, regional warnings, or international advisories. We recommend also checking official sources directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Free accounts have limited scans, pet profiles, and feature access as outlined in our plan comparison. Exceeding free tier limits requires upgrading to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We collect pet profile data, scan history, health check-ins, and usage analytics to provide and improve our services. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Your personally identifiable information and specific pet health records are never sold to third parties. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
All content, scoring algorithms, breed intelligence models, ingredient databases, and design elements within PetNutriPal are the intellectual property of PetNutriPal and are protected by copyright and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetNutriPal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: adverse reactions to food products scored by our system, financial losses from subscription fees, or loss of pet health data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of PetNutriPal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Smith County, Texas.
